Terms and condition

We advise all our customers to carefully read our Terms and Conditions prior to placing an order, to avoid any inconvenience for either party.


at the moment, we only accept Bank transfer method and for your purchase of furniture series, a 50% down payment from the total cost is necessary upfront (for pre-order items). final payment will be invoiced after we notify you that your items are ready to be delivered from our warehouse in Kemang to your place. as for the lighting and small things order, a full payment is required upfront. the item will be processed and delivered to your place after you have finished the payment.


shipping method:

Jabodetabek - We recommend using Grab/Go send/car instant or sameday service for deliveries around Jabodetabek especially fragile items for safety precaution. (we are based in Kemang Timur, South Jakarta)

Outside Jabodetabek - we are using TIKI/ JNE reguler/ Si Cepat (small-medium size) or JTR (JNE trucking) for large items (>10kg)

note: fragile items shipped using local logistic company ( JNE/JTR/TIKI/SICEPAT) might need additional fee for wood and carton packing. (if needed)

additional fee for wood and carton packing:
small : IDR 40.000 - IDR 75.000
medium : IDR 75.000 - IDR 150.000
large : IDR 150.000 - IDR 200.000

shipping fee:
 Prices for products as displayed on the website at the current rate and exclude delivery charges from our warehouse in Kemang Timur, South Jakarta. Shipping charges will be generated automatically at checkout based on customer location and weight of the product.

ready stock:
 Please allow 1-4 business days for your items to ship out. You will receive a shipping confirmation message, with tracking as soon as your package goes out.

pre-order items:
 it will normally take 4-7 weeks after each preorder batch is closed. however, allow a period of 12 weeks to anticipate certain circumstances as we do our best to ensure your goods will arrive safely and well. After all of your order is set, you will receive a shipping confirmation message, with tracking as soon as your package goes out.

Free In-store pick up:
 Kindly allow 1-4 business days for your order to be ready for pickup. Get in touch with us to verify if your order is ready and you will receive a message when your order is ready for pickup. Please contact us by whatsapp, IG direct message or email to schedule your pickup time.

Cancellations and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if for some reason the items you have ordered do not meet your expectations we will help you exchange these for another item of the same value or refund you. All returns must be approved in advance by Casa Goods followed by credible reasons. Returns are accepted within 3 days upon receival and will not be accepted after 3 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.

the customer has the right to return an item if the item is damaged or faulty by supporting us with a full video of evidence before and after you open the package. otherwise, we could not process the reclamation with the following condition:

  1. the item has not been used
  2. the item is in the condition that the customer received it in, and all the parts of the product as well as the original product package and manual are included in the return shipment
  3. the item has been repackaged in its original or an equivalent shipping package.

Please return your goods to us in the exact condition you received them. The price of returned products is always reimbursed according to the payment method used for the order. However, shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. If the returned product has been used, damaged or is otherwise unsuitable for resale, Casa Goods has the right to reject or charge a fee for loss of value up to the full price of the product.

General Notice
  • Due to this current pandemic situation, kindly understand that some of the coming shipment might be delivered behind schedule despite our best efforts. However, we will do our best to meet the normal estimated time. We hope that this isn’t too much of an inconvenience, and we thank you for your understanding.
  • The lead time or delivery date given at the time of placing the order are estimates only based upon the best available information concerning manufacturer’s lead times and transportation time and these are considered as accepted by the customer. (specifically for furniture order)
  • we always do QC (quality checking) on every products before we deliver your order to make sure that you will be receiving them in perfect condition.
  • We have worked hard to ensure all imagery on our website showcases each product with the highest degree of accuracy. However, kindly note due to differences in monitors, product images might have slight discrepancies in either shape or color.
